1. Frying temperature
- Like traditional fryers, air fryers are also carried out at high temperatures, typically 180℃~200℃. The nutrients within the food will be destroyed at high temperature, because with the temperature increasing, the decomposition of nutrients will be more and more, especially vitamin C and B vitamins.
