After years of experience and research by the technology team, Qingdao Liuyi Machinery has produced the following continuous vacuum fryer:
1. The vacuum frying equipment produced by Liuyi Machinery does not have the hydraulic oil slinging equipment on the fryer. This equipment has been prone to damage for a long time (2-3 years). Moreover, the de-oiling of this type of equipment can only be used on equipment with low capacity. If a large machine with 200 kg is used for one time, it will directly affect the de-oiling effect.
2. The continuous vacuum fryer produced by Liuyi Machinery is fast de-oiling and has low oil content. Our de-oiling adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, suitable for all products with low oil content and high oil content. Low speed is used for stirring, high speed is used for oil separation. Time relay is used to control the reverse rotation of the frying basket, and the heat transfer effect is enhanced.
3. The heater of Liuyi Machinery is made of 316 stainless steel with high temperature resistance (it is easy to clean with water to protect the product from secondary pollution). The oil is heated at a high speed, the heating area is large, and the oil circulation is 35-40 cubic meters per minute. After the start-up, it takes only 8-13 minutes’ cycle, then can reach the oil temperature required for frying. And it is evenly heated, so the finished product has good color.
Some manufacturers' heating methods are sandwich heating, which requires a plate heat exchanger. The heating speed is slow. It needs to be preheated for about 30 minutes, and the products in the chamber are not heated uniformly, which affects the color and quality of the product.
In addition, the wall of the sandwich heating chamber is subjected to high pressure, on the one hand, it has to bear the steam pressure in the interlayer, on the other hand, it has a high degree of vacuum inside the chamber, and the pot body is easily deformed for a long time.
